Rates & Delivery Times

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery , and every package is insured against damage or loss. Orders are dispatched from Derbyshire, UK and typically processed within 24 hours, in addition to the delivery times listed below. Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer.

Important Update on International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to recent world events and the ongoing impact of Brexit, it is no longer feasible for small businesses like ours to ship overseas. The increased red tape, customs complexities, and rising costs have made international shipping unsustainable for us at this time.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our international customers for your support over the years. It has meant the world to us.

We hope to revisit this in the future if circumstances change.

  • UK Delivery – Flat rate of £2.95

  • International Delivery – NO LONGER POSSIBLE

  • USA (World Zone 3) – NO LONGER POSSIBLE

Delivery Times

  • UK – Usually 1–3 business days

  • Europe – NO LONGER POSSIBLE

  • International – NO LONGER POSSIBLE

If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.

All posters are shipped in tough (almost indestructible!) cardboard mailing tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We aim to keep postage costs low, so tracked 48 hour delivery is our standard. However, you can select 24hr tracked or Guaranteed Next Day shipping at checkout if preferred.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Posteritty print.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us first — we’ll do everything we can to make things right.

If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your print within 14 days for a full store credit.

Please note the following return conditions:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Posteritty is not liable for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
